All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@ivoryglenstudio.com.
Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Damaged Items: If your ceramic vase arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
