Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Package Protection

All our ceramic vases are carefully packaged using high-quality materials to ensure they arrive safely. Each package includes:

  • Protective bubble wrap and cushioning materials
  • Sturdy double-wall boxes
  • Fragile handling labels
  • Insurance coverage for the full purchase value

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@ivoryglenstudio.com.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Damaged Items: If your ceramic vase arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted for large ceramic items
  • Someone must be available to receive the package due to the fragile nature of our products
